At Kondoos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned in the original packaging, undamaged and unaltered.
• Must not be a custom or personalized item.
• A proof of purchase must be provided.
Return Process
1. Email us at info@kondoos.com with the subject “Return Request” and include:
• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the item (if applicable)
2. We will provide return shipping instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.
Refund Options
If your return is approved, you can choose:
✅ Store Credit: A discount code for the value of your return.
✅ Refund: Processed to the original payment method.
Important Notes:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for providing the return shipment, including packaging, choosing a shipping carrier, and covering all return shipping cost, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
