Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Kondoos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
